STUDIO RENTAL

The School of Dance & Music has 9 studios, 3 studios in each of our locations in Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach & Manhattan Beach, available for rent outside of our designated class times (mainly before 3pm M-F).

We have rented our rooms out for auditions, location shoots for TV, videos, etc., talent show rehearsals, wedding dance rehearsals, personal training, zumba, yoga, mat pilates, etc.  We cannot rent out out our rooms for any dance classes, or for any activities using shoes with heels or equipment with sharp edges that could ruin our special floors.

Renting our facilties can also get you great exposure to the hundreds of families that frequent our studios!

Our dance studios feature...

• 20 ft. x 40 ft. rooms (800 square feet)

• Full length 100 in. mirrors on 2 walls in each room (60 feet long)

• Professional floating Marley dance floors that prevent fatigue and reduce
  the risk of injury

• Stereo systems with CD, iPod and/or computer connectivity

• Air-conditioning

• Great, ample parking
